


Confidence on the Mat with Julia
This four-week yoga series is designed for teen girls ages 12 and up. Teen girls will develop confidence building skills through evidence-based trauma-informed yoga practices. This series will encourage mindfulness, helping teens become more aware of their thoughts and emotions. This self-awareness can lead to greater self-acceptance and confidence. Teen years can be stressful. This series will serve as a powerful tool for stress management, helping teens cope with life’s pressures, which in turn fosters confidence. Group yoga classes create a sense of community. Being part of a supportive environment where everyone is working towards personal growth can help teens feel more accepted and confident.
Who: Teen girls 12 and up
When: Four week series on Mondays from 12:30-1:30pm
Dates: June 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd
Cost: $100 for all 4 sessions
