Trauma-informed yoga at A Sustainable Mind is a gentle, supportive practice designed to help you feel safe, grounded, and at ease in your body. Classes move slowly and intentionally, combining simple movement, mindful breathing, and time to rest. You’re always invited to listen to your body and choose what feels right for you—there is no pressure to push, perform, or keep up. Touch is never used unless you specifically request it. This practice is welcoming to all people, all bodies, and all levels of experience. Led by yoga instructor Julia Lamberth.
