Trauma & EMDR
SPECIALTY
As Clinical Director of Counseling, I serve clients ages 16 and up, of all genders and spiritual backgrounds, with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relational issues, obsessive compulsive disorder, and neurodivergence. I most often use EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, in person or by telehealth.
I enjoy helping clients find the "why" and "how" of their struggles so they can feel more capable and in control. To me, whole-person mental health means addressing all parts of a person, considering their past, present, and future. I often tell clients, "It all matters."
I'm passionate about holding space for adults who have experienced traumatic events or relationships, and I love teaching people about their bodies and minds, how to listen and advocate for themselves, and how to care for themselves in their past, present, and future. Expect me to be honest, intentional, and empathetic. I hope you feel safe enough to let your walls down, and that you leave confident you're taking the next right step.
Social connection has a big impact on my own mental wellness. I love meaningful connections, making others feel cared for, traveling, and having fun. Outside of work, you'll find me with family and friends, outdoors, trying new restaurants, or singing in the car to decompress after a heavy day. It might be easier to ask me to coffee and talk.
