I'm the office manager for our Vernon office, where I handle scheduling and answer questions for patients and families. Before joining A Sustainable Mind, I spent 15 years at NTSH as the security medical coordinator.

I came to this work because I wanted to help. Patients and families can expect someone calm, helpful, friendly, and willing to do anything to make their visit easier. I hope everyone leaves feeling reassured and at ease.

To me, whole-person mental health care means that one part is not greater than the whole, and mental health affects everyone. Outside of work, I'm into nerd stuff and the outdoors, and I like going to the Disney parks, land or world.
