Complex Psychiatric Care
SPECIALTY
I've seen up close, through personal and family experiences, the effects of mental health challenges, and I wanted to help people see there is hope at the end of their struggles. As Clinical Director of Psychiatric Services, I care for patients ages 5 to 99 with medication management and psychotherapy, in person or by telehealth.
I use a combination of medication management, psychotherapy, and holistic interventions. I treat bipolar disorder, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and schizoaffective disorder, and I've supported patients through grief, major life transitions, work pressures, and relationship conflicts. I'm especially interested in complex cases, including psychosis, medical co-morbidities, and addiction, and I have a heart for foster and adoptive children and the people who support them.
Mental health isn't just medications. It includes what you eat, how you sleep, and the environments you're surrounded by, so I dig deeper to find root causes instead of focusing only on what's presented. Expect a practitioner who listens, cares, and is willing to come alongside you. I want you to leave feeling seen, heard, and hopeful for the future.
Spirituality is my pillar: finding connection and fulfillment in something greater than myself has brought me peace and purpose. Outside of work I love reading, traveling, and Bible journaling. I'm an extroverted introvert who loves people and my couch in equal parts, and I do not like pickles.
