ROLE
The Good Lord laid the path for me years ago when I became a patient at A Sustainable Mind. The providers and staff have created a clinic where people are seen, loved, and cared for every day, not treated like a number. As the clinic grew, so did its need for a bookkeeper, and I'm thankful for the opportunity. I come from a background in operations and compliance at a local bank here in Wichita Falls, with a degree in Business Administration from Midwestern State University.
Whole-person health doesn't look at one symptom or issue. It looks at your sleep patterns, your diet, and your environment to help you achieve the greatest version of yourself. From the moment anyone steps into our offices, I hope they feel important, like they matter, and comfortable being here.
Your mental health can vary from day to day, so having the tools to handle those variations is vital, and not necessarily a bad thing. Mindfulness is the pillar I strive for daily: resetting my brain throughout the day lets me be present and keeps my family grounded.
Outside of work, it's anything with my family: sports, traveling, trying new restaurants, or hanging out in the backyard. I also love Schitt's Creek, Big Bang Theory, and Friends reruns.
