SPECIALTY
I fell in love with serving people at a young age. I pursued my nursing degree and found that becoming a nurse practitioner would expand my reach in helping others. I've seen firsthand how mental health affects individuals and entire family systems, and I aim to stand in the gap and make sure people feel heard and supported.
I'm a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner, caring for patients across the lifespan, from age 4 to 99 and beyond. I treat depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, DMDD, and schizophrenia, among other conditions. My approach is humanistic and treats the whole person. Mental well-being affects physical well-being and vice versa, so I look at sleep, social interactions, nutrition, exercise, and your support system. To address one area, we have to address them all.
Expect a fun, upbeat, supportive environment where you feel safe to share from the moment you walk in. I want you to leave feeling supported, heard, and well taken care of. Your mental health ebbs and flows just like your physical health, different seasons of life call for different levels of support, and it's okay to ask for help. I offer in-person and telehealth appointments.
All six wellness pillars resonate with me, and you'll often find me rattling off about them, but spirituality tops the list: finding hope for the day and the strength to carry on when life is heavy. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my husband, kids, and family, card games and dominoes, and trips anywhere. The food is my favorite part of any trip.
