SPECIALTY
My nursing career began as an LVN before I became an RN in 2018. Since then I've worked in home health, women's health, acute care, and nursing leadership, and I went on to earn my BSN and my MSN through South College's Family Nurse Practitioner program. That mix of settings gave me a deep appreciation for prevention, patient education, and individualized care.
I became a nurse practitioner because I wanted to touch as many lives as possible. I care for patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through older adulthood, with walk-in care, primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings. I'm passionate about caring for the whole person, not just treating symptoms. I want to listen, get to the root of what's going on, and help you make realistic, sustainable changes.
Expect compassion, honesty, and a partner in your care. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and involved in decisions about your health, and to leave feeling heard, understood, and empowered. Movement is the wellness pillar that resonates most with me. It doesn't have to mean the gym or a strict routine. Sometimes it's just getting outside and making the effort to move.
Outside of work, I love time with my husband and daughter, the beach, sunsets, and traveling. I'm also a runner: I completed a 5K, a 10K, and a half marathon in the same year.
