PMHNP

Originally from Tennessee, my family and I are proud to now call the Wichita Falls area home. I am also a mother of four—one daughter and three sons—an experience that deeply shapes my compassion and perspective in caring for others.

My path into mental health care is both professional and deeply personal. After beginning my academic career in Political Science at Austin Peay State University, I realized my true calling was in helping others heal. I returned to school to pursue nursing, earning my Associate Degree from Nashville State Community College and later completing my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing at Walden University.

While advancing my education, I worked as a board-certified psychiatric registered nurse (RN-BC) and a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE), providing trauma-informed, compassionate care to individuals during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

My commitment to this field is rooted in lived experience. Having personally navigated anxiety and depression, I understand the weight of feeling alone—and I chose this profession to ensure that others never have to face those struggles without support, understanding, and hope.

I am dedicated to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care that prioritizes collaboration, education, and empowerment. My goal is not only to treat symptoms, but to help individuals regain a sense of control, clarity, and confidence in their lives.

I am passionate about strengthening mental health care within the community and honored to serve individuals and families in the Wichita Falls area.
